Moisten face and sponge with tepid water. Squeeze sponge a few times between thum and index finger to create a rich creamy lather. Gently massage the sponge around your face in a circular motion avoiding the eye areas. You can massage the face a few times before rinsing your face. Allow the sponge to dry without fully rinsing. You can continue using your facial sea sponge until it stops lathering.
